The unit has its own private washer and dryer. The condo's wrap-around balcony has 33 feet facing the awesome Gulf of Mexico - allowing for a beautiful panorama of the beach and its breathtaking sunsets - and 22 feet with a view of the intra-coastal waterway.

The Sand Castle 1 condominium's facilities include a barbecue, sauna, library, ping-pong room, billiard room, spa, and a sparkling swimming pool. There are so many things available nearby: shopping, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, tennis courts, golf courses, casino cruises and sailboat and kayak rentals. There is a motor trolley that runs from St. Pete Beach in the south to Clearwater in the north, with stops in between. There are many wonderful seafood restaurants within walking distance - most with an early bird menu.
